——-referred to payback time. RTE has made programmes coming up to an election, for example about the hepatitis C case which targeted Deputy Noonan. There was also a very interesting analytical programme about the splits within Fine Gael and so on. I was taken off the air a year before the Seanad election was even declared. Recently, although no election has been declared, there was a programme about Uachtarán na hÉireann. Who runs the country? Is it RTE, the unions, or the newspapers? Will the Leader arrange a debate on the role of Parliament in Irish democracy?
