The system of using alphabetical order is tried and trusted and I agree with it. The Minister of State referred to surnames on ballot papers and the fact that a surname can change if a female marries and takes her spouse's surname. If we do not work on the basis of the alphabetic system, people will say that there is something wrong with the computer that places names in whatever order they are drawn——
