The Order of Business today is No. 1, a new Standing Order dealing with interventions in debate, a copy of which was circulated to all Members following a meeting of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges yesterday afternoon; and No. 2, statements on the proposed stadium at Lansdowne Road, to be taken at the conclusion of the Order of Business and to conclude not later than 1 p.m., with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed 12 minutes, those of other Senators not to exceed ten minutes and Members may share time.
