Frank Feighan (Fine Gael)

I call for the Minister for Health and Children to come into the House to outline whether his Department is one of cutbacks, given that recently members of the various health boards called to hospitals and told loyal and committed staff that their jobs may be lost due to bringing in people from various external departments. Is this a negotiation tactic or a proposal from Government?
