Ulick Burke (Fine Gael)

I welcome the Minister of State at the Department of Education and Science, Deputy de Valera. She is a welcome change to the Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Deputy Fahey. I found him to be a source of provocation throughout his address because of the contempt and disregard with which he treated the House by delivering an off-the-cuff address that did not deal with the substance of the motion.
