We have the benefit also of the views of Senator O'Toole on this Bill. As a member of the interim board, he has a great knowledge of this issue. I suggest to the Minister of State, although he may not be in a position to accept the Fine Gael Party amendment. Senator Coghlan has put forward a reasoned point of view. I received a submission, as did most Members, from solicitors all over the country. I was particularly taken by a submission I received today from a former school friend, solicitor Terry O'Keeffe of Timothy J. O'Keeffe and Company, Roscommon.
