I congratulate the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government on the vast amount of money that has been spent on the Better Ireland Awards and the Tidy Towns awards. Those programmes are carried out voluntarily by committees throughout the country. We should appreciate the effort they have made in making the country attractive for tourists.
