The arrangements are as outlined in the motion. It is proposed to take this item without debate; No. 2, the Broadcasting (Funding) Bill 2003 – Report and Final Stages, to be taken at the conclusion of the Order of Business and to conclude not later than 12 p.m; No. 3, statements on the United Nations mission to Liberia to be taken at 12 p.m. and to conclude not later than 2 p.m, with the contributions of spokespersons not to exceed 12 minutes, those of other Senators not to exceed eight minutes and Members may share time. There will be a sos from 2 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.
