Despite all the work we are doing, waste is still being dumped in bogs, on the side of the road and even outside bring banks. I do not understand why people do not place waste into the bring or bottle banks, leaving it on the side of the site. What will happen is that the bring and bottle banks will be taken away and that will be a retrograde and disastrous step.
