I have received notice from Senator Terry that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Social and Family Affairs to secure and furnish legal advice on the constitutionality of compulsory membership of occupational pension schemes.

I regard the matter raised by the Senator as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
