I have received notice from Senator McHugh that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to make a statement on the negative impact which the cutbacks in funding will have on community employment workers in the health sector.

I have also received notice from Senator Henry on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Foreign Affairs to demand that the Burmese Government release at once Aung San Suu Kyi, a freeman of the City of Dublin, and to make a statement on the matter.

I have also received notice from Senator Higgins on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to make a statement on the need for a classroom assistant to cater for a special needs child who will be starting primary education in Culleens national school, Ballina, County Mayo particularly in the light of the strong recommendations contained in an assessment report carried out by a child psychologist.

I have also received notice from Senator Feighan on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to establish a task force to explore ways and means of replacing the 350 jobs lost recently in Glanbia and to help secure the remaining existing jobs in the facility in Rooskey, County Roscommon.

I have also received notice from Senator Bannon on the following matter:
