The roads that are being improved by the Department of Transport are much the better for it. We have a huge number of bottlenecks in respect of which action must be taken. We must also provide facilities for hauliers. No matter where one goes in the EU, facilities are available every 30 kilometres or so for drivers to take breaks in the interests of health and safety.
