With regard to the times at which people are allowed to have their children on licensed premises, I have taken up the Minister's suggestion. That was one of the reasons I left the Chamber, for I thought I would get in first and table an amendment straight away, since we are galloping apace with this legislation. I have produced a kind of half measure and would like to take the few minutes remaining to recommend it to the Minister.
