I am not casting any slurs on the District Court but why is there this anomalous situation? There are many instances where the Garda, the local authorities and local people have objected, yet the pub gets its licence. I am not impugning that decision but to get that result there is something wrong somewhere and if it is not with the court, it is with the law.
