The export of arms from rich countries to poor countries is even more despicable than the export of drugs from poor countries to rich. The reason we tolerate one and disapprove of the other is that we are rich and they are poor. The export of arms from rich to poor countries is the most immoral trade the world has ever seen. If we are to have a debate about matters military, let us talk—
