Paul Coghlan (Fine Gael)

I support the call for a debate on the banks and financial institutions. It is scarcely credible that almost a week later some of the major players have not moved an iota. I would hate to think that there is any kind of conspiracy, that some of them are acting in concert or that there is a cartel. I would like to hear the Deputy Leader's views on it because I think this House is united.
