I must be allowed defend myself. Senator Coghlan made an intervention with regard to the Ombudsman. I do not know whether or not it is proposed to have a constitutional provision with regard to the Ombudsman. I take his point that it would be desirable for the Ombudsman to investigate complaints regarding non-commercial semi-State companies.
