Sometimes they advertise a house as adjacent to local facilities which do not even exist. The plans may state local schools or shops will be provided in the future. People buy houses without knowing the school or shop may not be provided for a further five years. Auctioneers should be obliged to provide accurate information for those purchasing properties.
