I have read the passages to which the Senator referred and reflected upon them. I was briefed on this matter yesterday and have had time to think about it. I am adamant that the point I am making applies. I reiterate, in vehement terms, that if I cannot distinguish between the position in which Mr. McBrearty finds himself and that of Superintendent Lennon, then I cannot do it. If that is the case, there is no point coming before the House and stating that I should do differently.
