I am glad the Government has one member capable of making a decision. Perhaps he should have a word with his colleagues. He made a decision, but he has been let down. I have had to drive the road from Cork to Dublin weekly for the past six or seven months. On perhaps 20 return journeys, I have seen one Garda car enforcing the speed limit.
