It is no use coming into the House to condemn the Minister on certain aspects and then suggest various measures to fund this, that or the other, of which we are all in favour. It is very easy to be in opposition and not to acknowledge that there are cutbacks. I would fully respect the Opposition if it told us how it intended to fund these areas.
