The figures speak for themselves. I did not hear any Opposition Senator utter a single constructive word, with the exception of Senator O'Toole, who is an Independent. Senator Feighan acknowledged that he had no answers but found time to sneer, which is typical. It is no wonder that his party is in Opposition and not in Government.
