Last night I was allowed to raise on the Adjournment the issue of decentralisation to Newcastle West, Kilrush and Listowel. In his final response the Minister of State, Deputy Parlon, stated decentralisation would happen soon. It will happen shortly – at least that is what the Minister of State says – after a long, long wait.
