Finally, section 51 revokes the 1992 Auditors Regulations, these having been now incorporated into Part X of the Companies Act 1990, as I have just described. I apologise for having gone on at some length about the provisions of the Bill but it is worthwhile putting on the record what it is the Bill is designed to achieve.
