We contacted the Minister's office this morning and that is the message we received. The position may change as the day goes on, I do not know. As of now, however, the Bill is not going to be accepted. I recall when the Bill was introduced by Senator Higgins in Private Members' time in the Lower House during the term of office of the previous Government.
