For these reasons, I oppose the Electricity Regulation (Amendment) Bill brought forward by Senator Higgins and again commend him for giving us the opportunity to discuss this important issue. I look forward to debating the forthcoming Electricity Bill at the end of this year. Once again, I thank the Minister for coming to discuss the issue.
