Order of Business.
Senator Finucane said 73% of AIDS victims come from sub-Saharan Africa and that there should be compulsory screening for AIDS. That issue has been raised on a few occasions but it is generally believed that such screening would be an invasion of the person. I would be of that view. It is a suggestion which has been turned down to date. He also spoke about public health doctors and the incipient strike.
