One of the issues to which I wish to refer is the CLÁR programme. A sum of €2 million has been made available for the programme in 2003. The Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Deputy Ó Cuív, recently announced that a number of additional areas will come under the CLÁR programme. That is good news. Sometimes we think of the programme as providing extra money for water and sewerage schemes, towards sports capital grants or through the Leader programmes.
