This country was founded on the principles of independence, democracy, sovereignty and freedom. Neutrality would be very close to the spirit in which it was founded. A previous speaker on the Government side referred to this country as being semi-neutral. We are either neutral or we are not. Is there any concrete Government policy with regard to our position on foreign conflicts? We cannot be neutral when we are co-sponsoring murderous conflict in the Middle East.
