Foreign Conflicts: Motion.
There is, however, another issue, which has not been addressed by anyone. While the United States has acted incorrectly because it does not have a UN mandate, I am not certain it has acted illegally. This is an important issue in international terms. The reason I am opposed to the United States, like many millions of its own citizens, is its leaders have refused to sign up to the International Criminal Court which can try people for war crimes. That is disgraceful because this means they believe they are above and beyond everyone else. We are returning to Animal Farm and, as sure as God, they will take up residence in the House shortly. I am worried about this. That is the reason the people concerned need to be kept in check.
