Foreign Conflicts: Motion.
Since 1991, Saddam Hussein has had many chances to disarm. He has give many commitments to do so but he has not honoured one of them. Over one million children in Iraq are suffering from malnourishment and require medical attention. Despite this, over $1 billion from oil revenues are in bank accounts controlled by Saddam Hussein. He is not prepared to look after his own people. Some 900,000 people in Iraq are displaced while hundreds of thousands have been murdered and gassed.
