The funding for the International Fund for Ireland is at present shuttling between the US Administration and Congress. It is the start of a process. The original figure was $25 million but that was cut back by the present Administration to $8.5 million in light of the present situation, although I think it has now been restored to $25 million. However, there is no point in pretending that if we took the decision against the use of Shannon, the decision on US funding would not be affected. There is also the question of a replacement for Mr. Richard Haass and whether that will be somebody of the same high profile. That high profile proved very useful to us over recent years.
