How can we continue on this basis? It is utterly wrong. Over the weekend I tried to come to a conclusion on why this is being rushed through, but I cannot find a rational explanation. In another life I used to say that if things looked wrong they probably were wrong. This may just be a total cock-up, with none of these matters being anticipated, but I ask the Chair to intervene.
