Seanad debates

The House could usefully discuss the community part of the new national agreement, in respect of which there are obviously major divisions between voluntary organisations. If there is one voluntary organisation to which I would listen first about the state of the country, it would be the Society of St. Vincent de Paul. The fact that it is so unhappy ought to alert the only segment of society not involved in the agreement, namely, the elected Members of the Houses of the Oireachtas.
