Should the legislation not require patients to agree to be supervised when they leave hospital? Otherwise there might be a recurrence of the original problem. This difficulty presents itself even in civil cases where people are not obliged to accept treatment, even if they have been running into trouble because of not accepting treatment or taking medication.
