John Paul Phelan (Fine Gael)

Most of what I wish to say on this topic has been said already. I was particularly taken by Senator Quinn's contribution and I agree with most of his speech. The wide divergence of views expressed in this debate shows that economists have a difficult job because they must study a problem from many different perspectives before making a decision.
