The natural place to seek such information would be a departmental website or a bank or insurance website. I am informed by my officials that a significant number of inquiries about this scheme and the dormant accounts scheme have already been made on the various websites of the Department of Finance and those of other Departments. From a practical point of view, the proposal would have no advantages.
