In recent times we have seen the alarming decline in the national pensions reserve fund. Where investments were made in overseas stock exchanges and shares, we have seen an alarming drop in the value of the funds. We all understand and accept that the market rises and falls, but it is important that any funds raised in this way should be invested prudently for the future.
