Although their hands are already drenched in the innocent blood of Iraqi children, Messrs. Bush and Blair seem to want more. I say now from the Upper House of the Irish Parliament that if they really want to know whether Saddam Hussein still has chemical, biological or nuclear weapons, let them look at the invoices of their own commercial industries in their own countries where they will find the records of what they sold to him.
