Business of Seanad.

10:30 am

Rory Kiely (Fianna Fail)

I have received notice from Senator O'Meara that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Minister for the Environment and Local Government to act immediately to restore the physically disabled person's grant in north Tipperary, in view of the operation of the scheme having been suspended, due to financial difficulties being faced by North Tipperary County Council.

I have also received notice from Senator Wilson of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport to review the level of public transport services on the Cavan-Dublin bus route with particular reference to the need to improve the availability of early morning services.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
