I thank Senator O'Toole for sharing his time. I want to avail of this opportunity to make two or three suggestions about traffic congestion in Dublin. The Minister is a man of action and I fully agree with his decision during the summer about the traffic signs in Dublin. He should continue to do that. He should not take anything from the bureaucrats and petty councils which try to dictate policy. The Minister is in charge and he should continue to make the decisions.
