Mary O'Rourke (Fianna Fail)

I thank Senator Dooley for sharing his time. Both Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael have excellent spokespersons on transport in Senator Dooley and Senator Browne, respectively. They are bright, interesting and know what they are talking about. On a separate issue, Senator John Paul Phelan must the youngest Acting Chairman in any parliament in Europe. Well done to him. I am glad the Minister, Deputy Brennan, has attended the House for this important debate. I congratulate him on his appointment and wish him good luck in the coming five years. I also thank him for his words of appreciation.
