Second Interim Report of the Tribunal of Inquiry into Certain Planning Matters and Payments: Statements.

 

The Taoiseach was criticised for appointing Mr. Ray Burke to the Cabinet in 1997. He asked the necessary questions and described Mr. Burke as an honourable man, having believed the assurances he was given. He also said he felt a sense of betrayal at Mr. Burke's actions.
