The Bill requires the agency to work in co-operation with all stakeholders, as I said. That is very important. About 150 local community groups are involved and there have been meetings with all of them, both individually and, in some cases, collectively, while digital hub officials have been earmarked to liaise with local communities. It has been said of some initiatives that there was no connection with local communities but an effort is being made to avoid that here. There was a public manifestation of that recently when local youngsters were brought in for the weekend for an open day and they participated in amazing events which tied into their leisure activities by using digital media; it was reasonably successful.
