We have also made efforts to reduce the pupil-teacher ratio and introduced a programme of psychological services. I am the first to admit it is still weak and I will be telling the Minister that I want to ensure there are educational psychologists in every region providing us with links to the schools. We have not got it right, but we will because I will make sure that we do. I will be pushing the Minister to ensure that every area will have a psychological service, if necessary, in its schools. I have nothing more to say, the facts are there. We will continue with what we did between 1997 and 2002 and this Administration will get it right. There are no cutbacks and no one will be able to say that anyone has been deprived of access to first, second or third level education.
