Paul McAuliffe: The Road Traffic and Roads Act is in place. It is legal to use e-scooters on roads but not on footpaths. Maybe the public is not aware of that. What the Chair, myself and others are saying to the Commissioner is that maybe a bit of communication and a high-profile operation are needed to help communicate that.
