Séamus Brennan: I think the Deputy is talking about the criminal justice miscellaneous provisions Bill, which is due to be published in mid-2008. The heads of the Bill have been approved by the Government. It was necessary to undertake a restructuring of this Bill to make provision for other matters and requirements, many of which the Deputy has mentioned, and to take a broader view.

Séamus Brennan: The health (long-term residential care) services Bill will be published next session. The heads of the Bill have been approved by the Government. As the Deputy is aware, it is complex legislation but it will be ready during the next session.
