Pat Buckley: I can certainly give Mr. Gaffney a commitment that this case will go further. We will probably follow it up with the marine safety office as well and have Mr. Gaffney back in. He and the other witnesses are the experts in the room when it comes to this matter. I give him a full commitment that we will follow up. The way Mr. Gaffney has been treated is absolutely shocking.

Sometimes we feel a bit guilty because Mr. Gaffney has been fighting this for 15 years. He gets his five or ten minutes of fame in here. It is not about fame; it is about getting stuff on the record.
