Charles Flanagan: I propose to take Questions Nos. 483, 487, 488 and 543 together. As the Deputies are aware, the GSOC report into complaints surrounding this tragedy was recently furnished to me. A copy was also provided to the family of the young man who died in the road traffic incident and subsequently published by GSOC.
