Written Answers — Department of Health: Ministerial Responsibilities (14 Jul 2020): Stephen Donnelly: Deputy Frank Feighan has been appointed as Minister of State at the Department of Health with responsibility for Public Health, Well Being and National Drugs Strategy. Work has commenced to assign relevant powers and duties to the Minister of State.
